Pricing: Pricing is subject to change without notice. Due to the prices of transportation, fuel, and specialized materials, our prices are subject to market fluctuation.  Pricing may also be adjusted due to compensate for price changes from our suppliers.  All posted pricing is in U.S. Dollars.

Shipping: Please allow 5 business days for processing your order for shipment. If the order is unable to be processed and shipped within the time allotted, we will contact the customer to inform them of the delay. All Special Order pieces will be shipped upon arrival of the product or as requested by the purchaser. Saturday, Expedited, and Overnight delivery is only available upon request. For Saturday, Expedited, or Overnight delivery please contact us prior to placing the order. 

International shipping - in order to best serve you, please contact us so that we can confirm the shipping cost for your order.  International orders may be subject to additional shipping fees to compensate for customs, and the increased delivery costs.  International shipments may have an increased shipping time due to the distance and method of shipment involved.  We attempt to accurately represent the shipping costs to International countries on our website, but there may be a situation in which the shipping cost to ship to your country is substantially different than what you were quoted at the time of checkout.  If this occurs, we may notify you prior to shipping.  USPS, FedEx, and UPS will need your complete phone number in addition to your address.  Please include your phone number in the 'comment' field when placing your order.

Shipping : H&R Products - All H&R products are shipped via UPS Ground. Specific instructions must be provided to change the shipping type to: Overnight, 3 Day, etc. Please keep in mind that suspension components are very heavy and overnight shipping can reach 250 USD for domestic orders.  Orders for a product that is in stock are usually shipped the following business day. Shipments requesting air shipment generally ship the following business day.  Taxes, duties, and customs fees for orders shipping outside of the USA are handled by UPS.  All H&R orders are processed as Signature Required. 

We also ship H&R products Internationally but the shipping is very cost prohibitive, due to the weight of suspension components.  Generally, the minimum weight of a set of springs is 35 lbs and coilovers are 65 lbs.  It is usually a minimum of $280.00 to $500 USD to ship a set of springs overseas. Please inquire before placing your order as the shipping rates listed on the site do not reflect the proper weight and shipping costs of H&R products.

Insurance: All merchandise that leaves our warehouse has been thoroughly inspected and carefully packed to ensure safe transit. All high value items are insured on packages that leave our facility to protect our customers. We further add signature confirmation to the shipment to help ensure the package is delivered.  The carrier assumes responsibility for its safe delivery at the time of shipment. Claims for loss or damage to the contents should therefore be made to the carrier to begin processing.

Visible Loss or Damage: Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill and signed for by the carrier's agent. Failure to adequately describe such damage may result in the carrier refusing to honor a damage claim. The carrier will supply the form required to file such a claim and may send an agent to physically inspect the damage for claims processing.  Depending on severity, it is suggested to take photographs for evidence in the case the claim process through the shipping company will be initiated.

Concealed Damage: If the contents are damaged due to rough handling even though the carton may not show damage, if this is the case, within 24 hours of delivery, file a claim with the carrier (UPS, FedEx,USPS, etc.). The carrier is fully responsible for the claim per the insurance on the package. For all claims, you must save all materials used in the packing. Do not discard the original box, as it is needed for them to process  your claim.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments: MadAudi Design is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or "carrier" (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Only high value shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier, unless specifically requested by the customer. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought to the carrier's attention. If necessary, purchaser should alert the carrier and MadAudi Design that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier, our shipping department will then ship out a replacement or refund the purchase price. MadAudi Design has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If necessary, MadAudi Design will aid in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss, damage, or shipping delay.

Returns or Store Credit: Customer must notify MadAudi Design by email correspondence within (3) days of receiving product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Returns will not be accepted without an issued RMA code.  Item(s) must be re-packaged in original packing material and shipped by the customer to the address listed on our contact page.  Shipping fees are non-refundable as the service has already been provided by the carrier.  Special Order items are not returnable and are non-refundable.  Special Order items are pre-paid by MadAudi on the customers' behalf, therefore a refund cannot be given due to a change of decision, or other action. Customer has the option of requesting Store Credit for compensation of a returned order due to a manufacturers defect.  H&R products are not returnable if the package/seal is broken, and H&R will not accept the product from us.  H&R parts interact with the vehicle's wheels and suspension and only new, un-opened parts will be accepted.  A 20% restocking fee will accompany any H&R products returned to MadAudi Design.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  

Legality: Any equipment sold herein upon which there is a legal limitation as to its use, is sold only with the intent that the purchaser shall use it in accordance with Federal and State laws of the state where such use will take place. MadAudi Design shall not be responsible for any consequential, incidental or contingent damages, or costs incurred of any kind what so ever; including, but not limited to the cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to goods sold by MadAudi Design. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and Stated Safety crash guidelines, MadAudi Design is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment or act of nature/god. All (aero components) are only recommended and legal to be used for off-highway use or show only! Buyer understands that all (aero components) may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators. (aero components) require some prep work before paint; we are not responsible for any extra-incurred fees, material fees, and storage fees for unexpected labor your body shop/paint shop charges. We strongly RECOMMEND you only have highly skilled body shop / technician install and paint (aero components) for a factory or show quality look.

Payments: MadAudi.com accepts and processes payments using Paypal payment services and we now offer Google Checkout for single purchases.  Both payment providers accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express.  Paypal offers additional options, such as eCheck via Paypal Payment Services.  A Paypal account is not required to purchase items from MadAudi.com.  If using Paypal, simply select the "Don't have a Paypal Account" link and click continue to use any credit card or bank card to complete your purchase.  You do not have to login to Paypal to complete the payment process.  The transaction may also be completed using Google Checkout if Paypal is not selected.  MadAudi Design is a Verified Business partner of Paypal Payment Services and a verified memeber of Google Checkout.  All payment transactions completed pn MadAudi.com are processed and protected through a Secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) website using Verisign full 256-bit Encryption.  This insures that your transaction is confidential and secure.

Is PayPal safe to use?  PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems utilizing High-grade (AES-256 256bit) Encryption and verification by VeriSign.  Encryption makes it extremely difficult for unauthorized people to view information traveling between computers.  It is therefore very unlikely that anyone can read the requested page as it travels across the network.  When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
